How can we visualize our booking data to maximize the use of talent and shared resources of the Post-Production Center of Excellence?

For this Hackathon, my team and I were asked to develop a digital solution for either desktop or mobile that would centralize the data for editors, employees, and hours worked, so that a Post-Production manager would then be able to efficiently assess employee information to allocate them to shows/ projects.
